I had a Salinger dream recently, too.  I was preparing the short story
unit, and I noticed that some of the _Nine Stories_ were included in our
Freshman Lit and Comp anthology, in grand defiance of the author's
wishes and copryrights.  In further defiance, there was not only a
picture of JD featured before each of the stories, but a full-color
pop-up JDS figurine at the beginning of the unit.
