On the main page in the upper right corner, there's a link that says "Join
Now." Click on it and become a member. Once you're in, you'll find a new
toolbar at the top. The first tab says "Writing Building." If you just
run your mouse over it, you'll see section headings: Short Stories,
Poetry, Novellas, Flash Fiction, and Screenplays.
Once you joing a wing, you have a new toolbar that has a link called
"Read." You need to read and review five stories in the short stories
wing, for instance, before you are allowed to post one of your own.
Everything is free; you just have to expend the effort of reviewing.
