I can't speak for Robbie...though I suspect Bloom probably seen more as an
outsider than a real scholar in this area. I've seen the Bloom book but
never did pick it up :). Keeping current, though, is pretty important
these days. All kinds of new analyses keep being applied and there have
been revisions of the Documentary Hypothesis since Bloom's book.

Honestly, I suspect Robbie's a lot more up to date on this than I am...all
my study was about ten years ago and I haven't kept up much since then.
