Seriously, no one knows anything about the short story/poem, no more than
500 words long, with a narrator, trapped as a guest in a brutal war
colonel's home and horrified by a pile of severed ears in the living room?
An online search doesn't reveal anything, nor did a search by keywords at
the library.
I guess I should add the same disclaimer, then: "This is not a sarcastic
comment stemming from my position about prose/poetry; I am really looking
for such a thing, if it exists"
