Eh, that's interesting.  It was called schizophrenia in Salinger's day,
then called Multiple Personality Disorder (and placed in a category
outside all the various schizophrenias) by, say, the 80s sometime, then I
quit paying attention to the BullFeces, so I don't know what they call it
now :)

But your observation about Holden's hair sure warrants some attention...
