What if everything you had was lost in a fire?

One of our Bananafish has suffered a terrible tragedy. All of her
possesions were lost in a brutal fire. I believe we are a community of
good souls and ask that we send "care packages" of books and whatever if
the spirit of help moves you...I've already sent mr. salinger's books (of
course) but ask that if you have some books, clothes, household items or
just a heart and card, that we try and help...

I will reward any good soul who sends Lesley anything with a xerox of
any requested article or story that I have in my possesion, but I'm also
hopeful that we understand that by sticking together and helping each
other, we help ourselves and give great energy and life to our list!
Lesley was too hesitant to request help, but I insisted, believing we
don't need f2f to feel the life of the list. Please, scour your
bookshelves and closets and find a way to send lesley hope and comfort in
her time of need...
