web update

It's nice to see how quickly we shifted from "is this list alive?"
to a lively debate showing that the list was merely in slumber.
I've put up the June web archive, so we're current as of the end
of that month. I'll put up roughly the first half of July as
soon as I have time to spare, and will update that again at the
end of the month.

Just a note to let people who may have missed out on past
