Roger Lathbury (Orchises Press) is the publisher - I spoke with him (he teaches at George Mason University and is a brilliant English prof.) and he says very little, other than to say that the deal is still on with old JDS, but as of yet, it has not been published. Of course you can still read it in the June (21??)1965 New Yorker.
