i WAS being serious. okay, so he's a nut. but being a fan yourself, can
you honestly say that the relationship in jitterbug perfume between alobar
and kudra didn't inspire love? it did for me. and i also love shakespeare
- for completely different reasons. for loving his mistress, even though
her eyes are nothing like the sun. for being so ^#*$#*^ insightful about
human nature. i learned more about psychology from shakespeare than freud.
hell, even freud used his characterizations to represent some of his
theories.

>I've been accused of being a 'section man' for loving Shakespeare....

i've been called ickle boots and twinkle-toes, even unworthy of being read,
for not capitalizing. and god knows what i'll be called for mentioning
freud's perpensity to miss the boat on the psyche of women. but that the
character of this list sometimes. i'll back you one-hundred percent on
shakespeare. being neither a man nor a college graduate probably won't
matter - i'll still be a section man on this list. except for fucked up
typing, which makes me wee-wee. let's see what i'll be for suggesting that
freud has his own personal biases...

>But now we're talking Lenny Cohen....

maybe this is sacrilidge, but what do you think of tori amos's rendition of
famous blue raincoat?
