I have to agree with you there, Thor, but I did like Waters' Radio KAOS,
especially since it featured all the djs I grew up listening to in So.
Cal.  

However, his work with Floyd was better.  I read a review of PF first
album with Roger Waters, and Waters' first solo album apart from Floyd. 
The reviewer said that, put together, the two albums added up to one good
album :)
