Funny you mention it Thor, this very week I'm going to the launch of a book by my uncle (also a writer) on the history of motorbike racing in Australia. I come from a long line of bike-racers (deep breath) Dad - national champion, uncle - national champion, grandfather - international champion. Mother, aunt, grandmother, etc etc ... all one time riders. Me - not sure yet. Have flunked my driver's license more times than I care to admit so one day it may be my only hope (: A defining moment of my childhood was when my aunt married the first person outside bike racing and I asked my Dad, very seriously: `You know new Uncle Gary. Well ... where's his bike ???' Never occured to me that anyone in the whole world didn't have one (: Camille verona_beach@geocities.com > 1977 Yamaha 650. Old bike, yes, but my only transpo.
