capitalization seems mostly to be scottie's own personal issue. when the
topic last came up, i attempted to persuade him to be sensible about the
matter, but apparently it didn't take. i'm sure there's a knuckle-rapping
grammar school teacher who terrorized british school children during the
early 20th century whom we can blame for this.

Hi Scottie, I'm Elizabeth. Nice to meet you.

I do, it's true, but if you'll read my previous post again, I hope that
you'll notice that I was merely making a suggestion. There were no
personal attacks, and no hard feelings. I have, in fact, been following
the revelation thread with interest, and was, in no way, attempting to
suppress it. If the concensus on the list is that this is an appropriate
place, then fine. I am happy to continue it here. Whatever makes the
conversation flow most smoothly. If we no longer need the "obligatory
salinger reference", that's fine by me.

I also apologize if my previous post was "unreadable". I did leave out a
few crucial words here and there, and will try to proofread my future post
more carefully.

You were able to deduce that I am indeed female, so I'm glad that some
information was conveyed. When I last posted on the list, capitals were
not required. If that has changed, I will gladly use them.

Sorry to offend.
