No pacts ... but the archives are up for May 2000.
I made an irritating discovery, for those "foot" seekers. The search
engine that indexes the pages that hold the back months seems to balk at
finding short words. I know that it excludes the 8 most common words
it finds (and no, I have to wait until I do a reindex to come up with
that list), and I've definitely proven that it refuses to locate short
words (e.g., "but").
It finds "footstep" but not "foot" or "feet."
I'll delve into it some more, but I only have limited access to the guts
of the machine, so I may not be able to tweak it to get more granular
searches.
