Does anybody else notice a problem with this sentence?

My problem arises from the logical impossibility of putting "Braves" (with
the implicit invocation of Ted Turner) and "sense" into the same sentence.
Anything good that happens in Atlanta is, by definition, an accident.

(....and by the way, I spoke too soon about the Jays/Braves series. It must
have been a bad dream or something.... Bring on those Bums from the Bronx!)

Cheers,

Paul

OSR--Some time back, Rick (remember Rick?) suggested that we all get
baseball shirts with Salingeresque names inscribed across the back. Perhaps
we should use our own names, and call the team "Comanches", in deference to
"The Laughing Man". (Remember The Laughing Man? --surely HE is not writing
exams!)
