The Glass family may comprise aspects of Salinger but I'm afraid little is
known about his own childhood and his sister has said nothing
publicly...that leaves us on very speculative ground. Personally, I think
Salinger may vibrate between Buddy and Seymour with some Holden thrown in
for good spin, will
