Personally, I don't think that coupling the two books is in bad taste; it's just what amazon.com's computers do. Because both books concern female depression (and particularly since one's fictionalized), people researching the topic are most likely to buy those two books. From what I know, there isn't an Amazon sales rep who couples the books. It's simply what people commonly buy along with another book.
