Thanks much for sharing your thoughts about Bell Jar. I meant, though,
only to speak of Sylvia herself, not the character in the novel. I
haven't read the novel, just her poetry.

Talking about strange bedfellows --

I was researching Othello some years ago and dug up an F.R. Leavis
article in an old Oxford journal. In the same issue with Leavis was a
C.S. Lewis article about foul language and a Sylvia Plath poem.

I was born 20 years too late :).
