Interesting choice.  I always wondered if he had originally intended the 
title to be My Pretty Mouth and Green Eyes.

Our vote goes for "Pretty Mouth and Green My Eyes," though "For Esme -- With 
Love and Squalor" comes in a close second. We would also like to mention "A 
Young Girl in 1941 With No Waist At All" (?) ... well, if you've ever read 
"Hi Fidelity" you know how hard this list-making thing can be for compulsive 
list-makers -- after you have started, all you do is keep thinking up other 
items you should have mentioned. So we'll stop right there.
	Although we would be remiss not to mention the great, 
taken-for-granted originality of "Catcher in the Rye."  (:
