No, perhaps the point is as simple as that. And since that's true, if we
want good candy, we better make sure we protect our candy stores. And care
about their growth and survival, and understand that a good candy store is in
our best interests, because it's where we get our candy from, after all.

And not think the local government that regulates the candy store is actually
the source of the candy :)
