A few points:
* Reagan recited. He may have even lip-synced. But he was
far too empty-headed to preach.
* This is rhetoric designed to elect a man who couldn't
be trusted find his way home.
* What Reagan is really asking is for all of us to trust
everyone else. Bad advice.
