This, from a 16 year old reader of Moby Dick, got a laugh, or should I say
lol?

"I read this book in my sophomore year of high school. Yeah it's the best
book ever written or whatever but what they forgot to mention that it was
also the boringest book ever written. It really is perfect for insomiacs.
Luckily I am one so I did read it. One scary thing did happen though...one
evening as I was pouring over the book in frantic search for one of my 35
coffin motifs I was assigned to find throughout this book (along with the 25
Prophet motifs and 25 Baptism notifs...the teacher was a real b*tch) I
suddenly became overwhelmed with the fantastic writing stle and technique
that Melville used and realized then that he was a genius and I actually
like it for a moment. I've never told anyone that. That's not something you
go around bragging about."
