I don't have it at hand (it's at home), but it is reprinted in Fiction
Writer's Handbook, by the Burnetts. It's on amazon.com if you search by
title. The jacket is not the same as mine (I have the first printing of
the first edition), but I'd be startled if JDS's bit had been removed.

They sell it for eleven dollars.

(Sorry I don't have it at hand -- it's not too brief, though, maybe a
page-and-a-half -- and is very fine when it comes to showing us
Salinger's mind at work; though it was reprinted in the last ten years,
I think the Salinger composition was from the mid-to-late 1960s, for a
book the the Burnetts never published. It stands as a coda to the
later book, from what I recall, as a tribute to Whit Burnett.)
