perceptive reader, as usual :). I'm not going on this type of analysis,
though. I'm almost certain I saw an e-mail one to two months ago from
John G's e-mail address that had <<Aaron Summers>> in the FROM: field
:). Seems like this was fixed with the very next e-mail. I could be
wrong, though.

What would be the fun in having two voices saying exactly the same thing?
Of course, the best fun is more like extreme sports, you know the thrill of
bungee jumping in and out of danger. The sock puppet technique is OK but
one multifaceted voice would be the real cat's meow. It's the 21st century,
maneuver warfare; not blitzkrieg but audibles at the snap.

Jerome is reconciling 'old' Jerry (Buddy) with new Jerome (Seymour). The
door is Bananafish, it looks different depending on what side of the jamb
you view at it. It is the end of the line for the old dispassionate
recorder of events and the beginning of the line for the preacher. Buddy is
wrestling with who Seymour is. The chrysalis, the worm turning into the
butterfly. It's all cocoon, no drying wings yet. Maybe, the butterfly
turns into the worm. Hapworth is much more a worm than a butterfly.

Hey, by the way, since when has the author matter?
