I had asked you to email me privately. You did. You continually responded
to every mail that I sent, plus sending me unsolicitated email, such as the
one below. You have, never, again, in any shape or form, stopped replying,
nor have you ever backed off from this. What you don't seem to understand,
is that YOU ARE A WILLING PARTICIPANT. You asked for, and received mail
from me.
Because before the letter you wrote to bananafish, you sent this one to me
privately, which i received shortly before you posted to the list:

I've been on since mid January, and Lisa M. Rabey has ALWAYS really got on
my tits. She reminds me of Judy Hensler from Leave It To Beaver.
Lastworditis is the last refuge to which a diseased mind clings. She has no
tact, she has no social skills, she's just a blowhard and I can't believe
how gauche she was to actually name the agent who is interested in her.
She's like a guy telling everyone how big his dick is. Big fucking deal. We
exchanged two or three private emails that were all tit for tat until I
realized how high my blood pressure was getting and just decided to forward
her last email to me back to her without any response. I just don't want to
have anything to do with her. And since I decided that last night I've felt
a lot better, so it was a great surprise to see your defense of me in my
inbox this morning. Thanks. Have you even checked out her homepage? It
sucks. I can't understand how any editor would get a hold of her on his own
time. By the way, I'm 33 and in Seattle. Where are you?
Oh, and you're not a schlub at all. That was a very noble thing to do.

Now, not only are you calling yourself a hypocrite, but again, you are also
being a phony as well as a liar. Because majority of the stuff that you
have posted in the above letter in " " is not what I said, and you know it.
And also, what YOU do not seem to understand, is that the more you speak
about me, flame me on the list, AND send me email such as above, the more I
will respond. May I also quote you, in your last letter to me, before I
recieved this one, is that YOU that stated that you want the last word in,
because it galls you that someone will stand up to your foolishness.
And thirdly, YOU have never asked me to stop speaking to you, NOR have you
NOT responded to my email at any length or time, which makes you a willing
participant. The above letter, which you fowarded to me, that you wrote to
Marty, could be considered harassment. You have no grounds. Your idle
threats are useless, for I have saved all the letter you have sent to me in
the last few days.

Firstly, my posts to this list or to any list, do not reflect those of
NetLink, NOR what I say reflects the business in any shape or form. That
would be like, if Will or Stephen posted something that someone didn't
like, that does not reflect USR NOR Colorado EDU, it reflects THEIR
personal opinions, and their personal opinions only.
This is a listserv based around JDS, the discussions and what not, SHOULD
BE solely based on his work and any related material. YOU have continued,
from the moment that I have posted from the begriming (which was before
January), to not attack my ARGUMENT, despite what I have said, but you have
attacked ME, which is not only ad hominem, but also devaluates any and all
arguments that you have in the future, with me, and with, anyone else.
This is the end Malcolm. Do not email me privately. Do not sick your
"friend" Marty, whom I already blasted, and do not even bother responding
to anything that I state on this list. If you continue to do so, it will be
unsolicited, and therefore, considered harassment.

You make it sound like I am stalking you. Your "bravado" as well as your
hypocritical ways, are making you look even less credible. Any and all
mail, within the last few days, were not posted to the list, but to you
yourself. Another sad part, is that are you really that weak in your
arguments, that you had to send someone else, who told me that he had to
stand up for you?
LOL.
Yes Malcolm, its not about being schoolgirlish or having on upmanship, its
about recognizing the truth, as well as being able to support a valid
argument without having to resort to name calling and childlike behavior.

Which just summed up the Malcolms, the Andrews and all the other
pretentious people who think that by throwing around big words, having some
basic sentence structure, and speaking about things of which they do not
know of, more important. And that is such a sad state of humainities, if we
resort to this.
