Are Jane and Bessie related or what? Please someone respond. By the
way, I just checked out "letter to his father" and some other things by
Kafka, AND some Haiku poetry (translated by, of course, R.H. Blyth) and
some Rilke, and I just sort of wondered why Salinger never quoted any
women or anything. He was always quoteing men, but usually the women
were just sort of...pretty. I know this topics been done already to a
point, but if someone feels like commenting on either of these
subjects.....well, that'd be nice.
