First, I don't think and never said he was on this list. My point was that I
would personally be ashamed if he ever knew discussion about him degraded
into pointless name calling. I believe he was driven away by media, critics,
and rabid fans, all spouting these "shallow and superficial thoughts," just
like what has happened here lately.
