It's a poem by Robert Burns, right? At least, that's what Holden and Phoebe
agree on when they are talking in her bedroom after he has sneaked into the
apartment. In which case, since Burns is long dead, the words are public
domain. I think.
I don't know the exact chapter, but flip through the book until you find Holden
and Phoebe talking in her bedroom. I remember that part as being about 2/3 to
3/4 of the way through the book.
