I don't know what that means to those of us who want our own copies; 
that is, I don't know how or from where they ordered the book--but it's 
at least some indication that the book will be out pretty soon.

I ordered a copy from amazon.com way back in October, and I'm still waiting. I
think it's been officially available for about a year, but nobody's actually
set eyes on one though. But you can try www.amazon.com--they'll ship it as soon
as they get it.
