Well, I believe the most important connection between the two characters 
is the fact that Holden makes a direct reference to Eustacia Vye in CITR, 
I believe. I'm not sure of the page number of this reference, but perhaps 
someone else on the list who knows what reference I'm talking about may 
know of it and can post it.
