I doubt it ... not "Holden Vitamin Caulfield," who ate all those grilled
cheese sandwiches and malted milks whenever he had a chance. He did
mention that he sprouted up tall, quickly, and that his weight didn't
keep up with his height. But I can't imagine anorexia. A lot of other
things, yes, but probably not that.
