One magazine that is very handy is _Poets and Writers_ and they also have
a web site...I think you can try your luck with a SASE (Stamped, Self
Addressed Envelope) and a short letter.  I'm not sure about ettiquette but
it never hurts to know the mag or editor's name, I suggest one inch
margins, double spaced prose, name&contact info in upper right hand of
page, and let the words do their work--as for online pubs, I'm just
learning, will
