if you guys really want to know how to turn the soft copies into a real
book i can tell you, it's a trick in Word or any editor which can do a
little type setting etc. I did it in 45 minutes, you have to do actual
work![print copy and cutting paper:-)] but i find it's worth it, faster,
and it's free instead of paying 400 dollars or something.
