One shouldn't trust a teetotaler's opinion on martinis
any more than one should trust the judgement of the
archbishop of the Boston diocese, I'd say.
But then you can't trust me, either, since I'm such
a sucker for a decent martini. I find I prefer them
with a twist. Olives are just the pits.

to me that Salinger prefers olives.)
