Brother Jay would like to add another possible Salinger reference: the
main character of the new film "Chasing Amy" (which is quite good, by the
way) is named Holden. Not clear as to whether this is a CITR reference or
just an unusual character name, but he is a fairly messed-up individual.
If his roommate was named Ackley or Stradlater, it'd be clear...but alas,
his roommate is named Banky. So draw your own conclusions...
