hey all-
i was wondering if any of you writers, pro, semi-pro, struggling amateur, would
have any advice on cover letters to submissions. i mean, what's the general
method you should use in approaching this sort of thing--out and out begging?
any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
obsalinger: i still don't think muriel drove seymour to suicide. if anyone in
bananafish drove him to it, i would say sybil did. she shatters the ideal of
childhood seymour has built up. at worst i think muriel simply wasn't enough to
make him not do it.
