I doubt it's worth much because most of the first ed value of catcher is
linked to the dust jacket picture of mr. salinger that was removed from
subsequent eds...a new hardback catcher in the states costs about $21.95.
I doubt the 2nd ed would fetch much more than that but I could be wrong.
