Bring back the "Ob:Salinger" clause

I say let's bring back the Ob:Salinger clause, so that every mail has an
obligation to make reference to Salinger or a Salinger character, even if
that character be a Minor Character such as a blank sheet of paper or an
ashtray. I know Mr Antolini says there's a time and place for everything,
and we all prefer to side with Holden that it's a shame to spoil a
digression when someone's running hot, but we all run hot for Salinger's
characters, so we should be able to relate our discussions to them. (C'mon
Thor, let's here more about how grief counselling could have helped the
Caulfields following Allie's death.)
