the newest issue of bananafish:  short fiction (our fourth), a literary 
magazine devoted to short stories, is now available at your local bookstore.
or, you may order direct from the publisher, for $7.50 ppd (a subscription -- 
2 issues -- is only $12.50/year).  this spring/summer 1999 contest issue
features six stories culled from 250 entries.  writer's guidelines for
