Be serious.  CAPABLE of being smarter, yes.  CAPABLE of learning more, 
faster, yes.  But smarter denotes accumulation of information & ability to 
use it.  This I have, but my 3-year-old does not.  Your opinion is wrong 
because your facts are misconstued.  Incidentally, the brain size of an 
infant, despite it's growth is still smaller than min, an adult, albiet an 
over-30 old fogie.
