  John, judging from your description the Bravo and the BBC profiles are
definitely one and the same, and I agree with you, it was pretty awful.

    Why do people keep going on about that jerk Chapman and the supposed
influence of Salinger on him and conveniently forget that Charles Manson
blamed The Beatles for his crimes. People who resort to murder, and try to
portray it as a creative act, have to find someone, or something, genuinely
creative to blame their destructive impulses on - and I don't suppose they
are too fussy about who or what they choose ie a writer, a group of
musicians, or a religion.
