[I don't have any reference material at hand, so all story titles below
are from memory and may be inaccurately paraphrased.]

Sublette's bibliography correlates well with your list. Your details on
"Paula" are better than his; he repeats the old line about it being sold
to "Stag" and being "no longer in the files." How did you locate it in
a library? (U. of Texas?)

He cites lots of the stories you mention; the interesting part is that
he cites, for instance, that story with the title like "The Daughter of
the Last Great Man" but then he cross-references the story with any and
all letters that mention the story. So, if Salinger wrote to Whit
Burnett in 1946 about "Why Are You Banging Your Head Against the Wall?"
then there is a snippet of a quote in which JDS says that story is about
a character he wanted to portray on stage. This gives us some time
context (i.e., roughly when the story was written or was ready to go out)
and some insight into what JDS was thinking about a given story.

I'm thinking that if I have time/energy/patience, I need to type titles
into one column of a spreadsheet; then add a date column of when the
story can be deduced to have been written or sent out; then list the
letters the support the existence or content of the story. So, at a
glance you can see what cross-references what. All it would take is
time and a copy of the bibliography....

Maybe some weekend one week this fall.
