 PS How did this thread get started?  I hope it wasn't related to the
 Pynchon/Salinger thing.  I compared the two, but wouldn't say one was better
 than the other.  Just different... >>
is salinger really "better"than Danielle Steele?i mean jim's right by saying
what do you mean?in bed or what?you cant really define better.well,you can
but idont think anybody has on this list( posted it)i don't really
care,though.i could say salinger is the best writer who ever lived and even
though i might not be able to prove it,im sure that statement is right in
some way.
