You know, I think you may have cracked the reason why this is my favourite
Nine Story. All of Salinger's characters are looking for something, but
exactly what it is they're never really sure. They chant and worry and
phony-bash, but I guess Seymour is the only one who found it. Now that I'm
officially unemployed (: (well, I will be in two weeks time when my exams
finish) I will have the time to read Hapworth properly, because I think
it's something that really warrants it.
