I would have to agree that it is Booper who pushes Teddy into the pool.
The young girl's scream at the end is hers after she realizes what she
has done.  It makes little difference to Teddy either way; at least whoever
died will have an easier go at achieving enlightenment in an unAmerican
body.  (No offense to my fellow Americans.)
