No, the point of a koan isn't for it to become more and more
"meaningless" when you think about it. Not quite, anyway. It was an
exercise that zen masters gave their pupils to exercise their ability to
think. OF course, this a rudimentary response. I'm sure someone else on
this list will be a bit more enlightening.
