I saw that in the Times, but even better was the news snippet that came
from CNN on my pager.  It noted that the movie had been adapted "from J.D.
Salinger's novel 'Fanny and Zoe.'"

Y'know, I didn't like that book as much as I liked the collection of
stories he published under the title "The Catheter in the Wry."
