Dear Mr. Salinger,
I am writing to apologize for starting the "greatest album ever"
thread on your discussion list. Actually, what I really want to
apologize for is what it has degenerated into. Who could have
guessed?
I'll just gesture meekly toward the archives--stacks of good stuff
from years past. Remember the "Randroids" thread?
By the way, I recently discoverd that Mark Twain is the endemic
American Zeitgeist (good thing it didn't turn out to be Robert Frost,
eh?).
