Well, it's funny you ask (`Crush', for those who don't know, is my book of

I was looking for an appropriate image in a whole lot of old 1960s and 50s
photographic annuals I had lying around. Had no idea whatsoever what to
choose (I don't believe the title had emerged yet either). Needed something
kind of feminine, kind of mysterious ... To cut a long story short, the
image I chose was actually an award winning picture for an early 1960s
underwear ad! There was a little documentary in the magazine about how they
did the picture, how they made the woman look Lilliputian, and so on. I
oughta post that on my website, too. I oughta do a lot of things, but right
now I'm flat out putting aside enough time for *sleep*.
And yes, I *did* mean the face of the Bougereau (:
