*Camille's Smashing Pumpkin Soup*

This recipe is not the regular recipe you'll eat in every set-menu =
restaurant in Australia but the lentils make it really nice.

1 kg butternut Pumpkin
5 cups vegetable or chicken stock
1 cup red lentils
salt, pepper, other spices to taste (I highly recommend paprika)
1/2-1 cup of single cream (optional)


1) Place pumpkin, stock and lentils in a pan. Simmer for 45 minutes. =
Cool slightly
2) Puree in food processor. Ad extra water if soup is too thick. Reheat =
to serve if required.
