That would be a major infringement - you would have to purchase the rights
to modify the work, according to copyright laws.  Any alteration to a
copyrighted work, reprinting of a copyrighted work, etc. is against the
law.  Warhol either bought the rights, took the picture himself, or got
really lucky when no one sued him.
